The story behind it 

One of my oldest friends, Gil, was born in the Philippines and moved to the US as a child. One day Gil was trying to explain our non-Filipino friend that Tagalog (native Filipino laungage) is not necessarily the prettiest language. He demonstrated by *softly* seducing Dana in English, “You know, I just wanted to tell you that I think that you’re a...*yelling* MAGANDANG BULAKLAK!!!”
